Lynda Hegarty

Janine Hegarty

After completing a degree course, Janine worked for one of the North East's best known agents firstly as a negotiator and then valuer. She and Lynda decided to open Hegartys together and she is now one of the most experienced valuers in the region.

Janine says "My aim is to help you achieve the best price for your property. I believe I hold a responsibility to you to give an honest and realistic valuation and I am always happy to give you advice and tips to make your property more attractive to buyers."

Jemma Parkin

Jemma joined the company from the outset and is now a most experienced and dedicated member of the team. She has built up a marvellous reputation in customer care for the company.

Jemma says "My aim is to give everyone a quality service and to be as helpful as I can be to get you your dream home!".

Lisa Noble

Lisa has worked for several estate agents prior to joining Hegartys, gaining valuable experience along the way. She was orginally trained by Lynda several years ago and Hegartys were delighted when she agreed to join them as her customer service qualities are an asset to the company.

John Glendenning

The resident independent mortgage advisor, John, is available during office hours to offer free independent advice on mortgages and related products and is happy to arrange a home visit if this is more convenient.
