We can offer two types of lettings service:
Management
We find the tenant, complete all the documentation then manage the property on a day to day basis for a monthly management fee (usually taken from a percentage of the rent collected). We will also deal with the day to day needs of the tenant, attend to repairs and other related matters. Your bank account will credited monthly with any rent collected.
Tenant Finder
Some landlords prefer to manage their own property but have difficulty in finding a suitable tenant. Register your property with us and we will find you a suitable tenant. For a single one off fee we will reference check the tenant and set up a standing order for your rent. This service continues to be very successful.
